How PaidAttention.ai uses data

Data We Collect

• Account data from Google sign-in, including your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and session status. We do not receive your Google password.
• AI workflow context available to the app or connected integration. Depending on product settings, this may include prompts, responses, task context, project names, code or file context, Codex or other AI interaction history, and derived relevance categories.
• Device, app, and network signals, including IP address, country or region, browser and user-agent details, macOS version, app version, timestamps, app heartbeat activity, and identifiers used to protect the service from abuse.
• Advertising and payout data, including served ads, visible time, valid impressions, clicks, estimated earnings, revenue share, payout status, KYC status, and fraud or policy review signals.
• Waitlist and advertiser data, including email addresses, campaign submissions, landing pages, bids, budgets, creative, and support messages.

How We Use Data

We use data to authenticate users, operate the macOS app, match sponsored placements to relevant AI workflow context, label and serve ads, calculate valid impressions, show account dashboards, estimate user earnings, prepare KYC and payout workflows, prevent spam and fraud, debug the service, support customers, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We may create user and context profiles for ad relevance, abuse prevention, measurement, and payout accounting. These profiles are based on signals such as AI workflow context, ad interactions, device activity, geography, and account history.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that help us run the product, including hosting, databases, email delivery, authentication, security, analytics, fraud prevention, payments, and future KYC providers. Advertisers receive campaign reporting and may receive derived audience or context categories and performance metrics.

We do not give advertisers direct access to your Google password. Raw workflow content is not sold as a standalone data product; if we materially change how raw prompts, code, or AI history are shared, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or consent.

Legal Bases

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, your consent where requested, our legitimate interests in operating, improving, securing, and funding the service, and compliance with legal obligations such as tax, accounting, sanctions, and payout rules.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, measure campaigns, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, satisfy accounting and compliance requirements, and enforce our Terms. Some security, payout, and fraud records may be kept after account deletion where necessary.

Your Choices

• You can stop app collection by signing out or uninstalling the macOS app.
• You can revoke Google access from your Google account settings.
• You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing support@paidattention.ai.
• Payouts require KYC and abuse review. If you do not complete KYC or fail review, we may be unable to pay you.

International Transfers

PaidAttention.ai and our providers may process data in countries other than where you live. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

PaidAttention.ai is not intended for children under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The current version will be posted here with a new effective date.
